Question 1

Where is Lyons Cub Cookies located?

Accepted Answer

Lyons Cub Cookies is a home-based family bakery in Santee, CA (San Diego County) — we don't have a retail storefront. We offer free pickup in Santee and weekend delivery within our San Diego County delivery area. The exact pickup address is sent by email after you place your order.

Question 2

Do you deliver cookies in San Diego?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We deliver fresh-baked cookies every weekend (Friday through Sunday) within our San Diego County delivery area. Delivery fees start at $4 within 15 miles of Santee, and your exact fee depends on your address — enter your ZIP code at checkout to see it instantly.

Question 3

What are your delivery zones and pricing?

Accepted Answer

Delivery fees are based on distance from Santee: $4 within 15 miles, $6 for 16–20 miles, and $10 for 21–35 miles. Beyond 35 miles, free pickup in Santee is available. Because exact distances vary by address, enter your ZIP code at checkout for an instant quote.

Question 4

When do I need to order for weekend delivery?

Accepted Answer

Orders placed by Tuesday at 11:59 PM PT are delivered or ready for pickup that same weekend (Friday–Sunday). Orders placed after the Tuesday cutoff are delivered the following weekend. This gives our family time to bake everything fresh from scratch.

Question 5

How much do your cookies cost?

Accepted Answer

Our standard cookies are priced at $22 per dozen, $11 for a 6-pack, or $6 for a 3-pack. Specialty cookies and seasonal flavors may have different pricing. Cookie Club subscriptions start at $18/month for one dozen. Electronic gift cards start at $25 (recipient gets $30 with the bonus).

Question 6

What is the Cookie Club subscription?

Accepted Answer

The Cookie Club is our monthly cookie subscription. Choose from three tiers: One Dozen ($18/mo), Two Dozen ($32/mo), or Three Dozen ($45/mo). Members get monthly cookie deliveries, 10% off all future orders, monthly reward points, birthday perks, double raffle entries, and delivery from $4 within 15 miles. Cancel anytime.

Question 7

Can I customize my cookies?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our Cookie Lab lets you build your own custom cookie — choose the dough, mix-ins, drizzle, and toppings. Each custom creation gets an AI-rendered preview so you can see it before baking. Custom cookies are $3 base price plus any extra charges for premium ingredients.

Question 8

Do you offer corporate or bulk cookie orders?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We provide corporate cookie gifts for employee appreciation, client gifts, and event catering across San Diego County. Use the 'Bulk — Message Us' button on any cookie in our shop, or contact us directly to discuss quantities, flavors, and delivery logistics.

Question 9

Do you offer gift cards?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our electronic gift cards are delivered instantly by email or text. Purchase $25 and the recipient gets $30 — that's a built-in bonus. Maximum promotional bonus applies at $100 (recipient gets $120). Choose from multiple designs including birthday, holiday, and thank-you themes.

Question 10

How do loyalty points work?

Accepted Answer

Create a free account to start earning 1 point for every $1 you spend. Every 10 points equals $1 off. You can redeem points for discount codes on your My Points page. Cookie Club subscribers earn bonus points monthly. You can also earn points by leaving reviews, referring friends, and sharing on social media.

Question 11

Can I pause or cancel my Cookie Club subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime from your subscription dashboard — no fees, no hassle. Your 10% discount code will be deactivated upon cancellation. Existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current pricing for 6 months before any price changes apply.

Question 12

Do you provide cookies for events?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We provide homemade cookies for birthday parties, weddings, showers, corporate and office events, school functions, community gatherings, and holiday parties throughout San Diego County. Free pickup is available in Santee, and delivery is available within our service area. Tell us about your event through our event inquiry form and we'll put together flavors, quantities, and pricing for your group.

Question 13

Do you offer wholesale cookies for businesses?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we offer a wholesale cookie program for cafés, coffee shops, markets, offices, and other businesses in San Diego County. Wholesale pricing is customized based on order quantity, frequency, packaging, and delivery or pickup needs. Submit a wholesale inquiry and we'll follow up with options for your business.

Question 14

Are your cookies nut-free or allergy-friendly?

Accepted Answer

Our cookies are baked in a home kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other common allergens. While we take food safety seriously, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. For Cookie Club subscribers, you can specify allergies and preferences during signup, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
